Found the piece through =VisualLit's Second Contest. You guys should check it out if you've got the time to read an artist's comments. I mean, really, that means you're not even in a rush or something.

Seriously, though, the idea's rather nice, and it's always an interesting exercise and a good stretch of the creative muscles. I mean, poetry and painting had some interesting relationships during the Renaissance, and then there's the fact that mythology and literature have been ripped for inspiration for centuries.

As far as the writing bit, well, that's the same sorta thing as reconstructing a movie from a single scene, making a story or poem off of one still moment, one image of a succession of images.
